Life Lately March 2026

Life lately has felt like a balance of movement and reflection. Traveling to Atlanta in February for work brought a refreshing change of scenery, from busy meetings to exploring pockets of the city between commitments. Even with the fast pace of business travel, I’ve been intentional about slowing down once I’m back home—spending quiet evenings writing in my journal, processing new ideas, and setting fresh goals for the months ahead. There’s something grounding about returning to familiar routines after time away. As winter lingers, I find myself more excited each day for it to be over, looking forward to the longer, brighter days of spring and the renewed energy that comes with a new season of growth and possibility for March 2026.

Currently Eating

Firstly, I’ve been embracing cozy moments at home by baking Ina Garten’s famous brownie pudding—a rich, chocolatey dessert that’s perfectly crisp on top and irresistibly gooey in the center. Secondly, when I’m not in the kitchen, I’ve been exploring local coffee shops and discovering new favorite spots like The Sauce Cup, Manzil Cafe, and Hejaz Tea and Coffee Lounge. Each café offers its own unique atmosphere, from expertly crafted lattes to inviting spaces perfect for relaxing or catching up on work.

Currently Watching

The Homeland marathon continues on Netflix. The suspense, political twists, and complex characters make it just as gripping the second time around.

I also just finished the fourth season of The Lincoln Lawyer, which continues to deliver sharp courtroom drama and compelling storytelling.

Now, I’m eagerly awaiting the next season of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, counting down to more jaw-dropping moments and behind-the-scenes intrigue. Between intense thrillers and addictive reality TV, my recent watch list has been the perfect mix of suspense, drama, and entertainment.

Life Behind the Scenes

My condo recently sold, and the experience has been both bittersweet and freeing. I truly loved designing the space—choosing finishes, styling each room, and turning it into a home that reflected my personality and aesthetic. From carefully selected décor to thoughtful layout decisions, every detail felt intentional and personal. Letting go of a place I poured so much creativity into hasn’t been easy, but overall, I’m incredibly relieved to no longer be a homeowner. Stepping away from the responsibilities of maintenance, repairs, and long-term commitments feels like a fresh start. This new chapter brings flexibility, less stress, and the excitement of embracing change while carrying forward the design inspiration I loved most about that space.

Nala

March 2026 will mark five years since I adopted Nala, and it’s incredible to reflect on how much joy she has brought into my life. From the very first day, she filled my home with unconditional love, comfort, and constant companionship. Over the years, Nala has been there for every milestone, quiet evening, and life transition—always offering a wagging tail and a reminder to slow down and appreciate the present moment. Celebrating five years with my kitty feels like honoring not just an adoption anniversary, but the countless memories, laughter, and happiness she’s added to my everyday life.
